Pure, All-Natural Honey and Honey Products
Greetings and welcome to G-Honey! As of May, 2012, I
have decided to stop beekeeping temporarily. It's not been an easy
decision, believe me. But it's necessary for me to go back to school to
earn my bachelor's degree and protect my day-job.
Thank you for your support these past eleven years!
I'll be back.

How to Use Honey In Place of Sugar!!!
Wouldn't you like to use an all-natural sweetener that's actually good
for you instead of plain white sugar or High Fructose Corn Syrup?
Here's a tip from the National Honey Board on
how to use honey in your baked goods:
-
Honey is one and a half times sweeter than sugar,
so start by replacing up to half the sugar called for with honey.
-
For every cup of honey, reduce the total liquid
in the recipe by ¼ cup.
-
Because honey is acidic, add 1 tsp of baking soda
for each cup of honey used.
About Our Labels
You’ll notice that we include
the statement “Warning – Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.”
Why is this? Research has
shown that honey “may” contain certain spores that, while harmless to
adults, can cause botulism in babies. For
this reason, we recommend that you withhold honey from your babies diet until
after their first birthday.
